Yeah You've had birria tacos but what about birria octopus tacos
Birria tacos

Ingredients:
(Birria base)
-2 yellow onions
-1/2 cup garlic clove
-tbsp coriander
-tbsp black pepper
-tbsp ginger pow
-tbsp mexican oregano
-3 cloves
-tbsp chipotle
-tsp cinnamon
-tsp cumin
-4 chile ancho
-7 chile guajillo
-salt to taste
-tomato paste at the end to taste.
-lime to taste

(For the octopus)
-1 Spanish octopus
-birria base
-water to cover

(For the tortillas)
-1 cup masa harina
-1 cup h2o
-pinch salt
