Today, let’s cook up some smothered stewed chicken.. southern style!!!
I will be showing you this super quick,easy and very delicious recipe! This is my go to recipe during the week. Add this with mashed potatoes, steamed rice or any of your favorite sides!

Ingredients:

* 2-4 chicken breast
Chicken Seasoning:
* 1 tablespoon, grape seed oil or oil of choice.
* 1 teaspoon, chicken bouillon
* 1 tablespoon, garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon, onion powder
* 1 teaspoon, celery seed(opt)
* Salt and pepper to taste
Gravy sauce:
* 1/2 teaspoon, celery seed
* 1/2 tablespoon, badía all-purpose seasoning
* 1 tablespoon, Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
* 1/8 teaspoon, black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon, Jamaican browning sauce
* 3 tablespoons, grape seed oil(oil of choice)
* 1/2 green bell pepper
* 1/2 stalk, celery
* 1/2, onion
* 2-3 tablespoons, minced garlic
* 2 1/2 - 3 cups, chicken broth
* 1/4 cup, all-purpose flour
