Smothered Chicken Gravy and Mashed in 30 Minutes

I just love comfort food and there is none better than smothered chicken gravy and mashed. Just imagine shredded chicken smothered in gravy over mashed potatoes. It just doesn't get any better and is one of our easy recipes. The great thing is, all you need is a couple of chicken breasts or some left over chicken, seasoning, flour, chicken stock, potatoes, and a couple of other ingredients you will have right in your pantry. The entire dish can be make up in about 30 minutes and dinner is on the table.
