Our Temporomandibular joint (or TMJ) does a lot of work for us as we use our jaw muscles to talk, chew and swallow. Usually the muscles and the joint all works in synchronicity with each other but sometimes due to accumulated tension, stress or injury, this can trigger a discomfort and even pain in the jaw muscles, back of the mouth and neck.

The techniques I’m going to show you are really good at releasing tension in the jaw and low cheek muscles so your whole face will feel more relaxed and brighter.

After all, as you know, facial tension is the number one reason we develop lines and wrinkles on our faces, which adds to ageing,, so keeping our face free of tension is our big priority.
