Walking around Baku in the summer heat is a pleasure. And what to do when you want to quench your thirst. Of course to sit in a teahouse or drink cool ayran or lemon drink. In the past in Baku we used to eat ice cream with lemonade - different natural flavors, especially made of pear syrup.
