This is 20 minutes of a booty and legs workout using the stepper! We've had SO many requests for another stepper video ever since we put out our last one so here it is! Dumbbells are optional for this workout, but it definitely DOES make it more challenging! If you don't have a stepper, you can still do all of these moves on a flat service without the riser. Every movement in this no repeat working is low-impact with no jumping involved.
