If you're looking for a fat-burning step class, you're in the right place! Grab a set of dumbbells and your stepper and get ready to sweat in this STEPPER BOOTCAMP. Here, we will combine strength training with traditional cardio step movements.
You'll have three rounds of work in this 30-minute class. There are eight exercises in each round -- Five strength exercises, two bodyweight cardio exercises, and one abs exercise.
