This is a powerful breathwork routine that can prepare you to face the cold and heat your body from within. It's a combination of ancient pranayama practices like Bhastrika and kumbhaka (Breath Holding). Monks in the Himalayan Mountains have used similar techniques to dry wet sheets hanging from their bodies in the snow. It´s a powerful routine so proceed with caution and love.

3 Rounds of a breathwork combo including the 3 part yogic breath, Bhastrika and Kapalbhati followed by antar kumbhaka (Breath Hold on Inhale). Place all of your awareness on your internal heat building during the entire session. It's especially useful for preparing the mind and body for cold plunging which I do regularly.
