zucchini flowers: optional
butter: 4.5 oz (125 g)
provolone: del monaco or caciocavallo; 2 oz (50 g)
parmigiano reggiano: 3.5 oz (100 g)
basil leaves: 10 fresh leaves
black pepper: to taste
oil for frying the zucchini: sunflower or peanut
spaghetti: 11 oz (320 g)
