Is program mein shaamil easy yoga aasane aasaani se vyayam karne ke liye hain aur unka mukhya dhyan gale, ridh aur kandhe ke joint ki gati ko sudharne par hai, jisse khas karke nichle peeth ke kshetra mein kathorta aur taklif se bachav ho.

4. Standing Padahastasana (Head-to-Foot Touch Pose)
5. Standing Kati Chakrasana (Spinal Twist Pose)
6. Anuvittasana (Standing Backbend Pose)
7. Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
8. Sheetkari Pranayama (The Hissing Breath)
9. Sheetali Pranayama (The Cooling Breath)
10. Sitting Tadasana (Sitting Mountain Pose)
12. Sitting Padahastasana (Sitting Head-to-Foot Touch Pose)
13. Sitting Kati Chakrasana (Sitting Spinal Twist Pose)
