It will show you how to close the fuel tank petcocks, remove the filter cover, remove the old element, install the new element, prime the canister with fuel, remove old gasket and o-ring in the lid/locking handle, re-install new gasket and o-ring on the lid/handle, and reinstall the cover/lid.
