12- Exercise 1 Band Fat Burning Bootcamp Workout

This 12- Exercise 1 Band Bootcamp Workout is a fan favorite when it comes to clients and coaches because its easy to set up and anyone can participate.

Pick 1 Band Exercise. Do 15-seconds of work followed by a quick 5-second rest. Complete 6 total sets before taking a 30-seconds rest (or 1 minute if needed) and going to the next exercise following the same 6-continuous sets sequence. Complete all 12 Band Exercises.

Feel free to modify any exercise or increase to 8 sets vs. 6 to increase the volume challenge.

You can use this template with any of your favorite band exercises.
