In many strategy games, the AI in harder difficulties is usually having some advantages to become challenging. Due to the fact that the AI can't think like a human, they need to make up for that by adding some extra capabilities in the AI's disposal.

In RA2 three of the main AI "cheats" are:
1. AI starts with way more money.
2. AI can build stuff without having the appropriate structure.
3. AI knows where you are!
