How to get there:
• Return to Goldenrod City
• Go inside the Underground Tunnel
• Talk to the Team Rocket Recruiter to get the Team Rocket Uniform
• Go to the Goldenrod City Radio Tower
• Get to the Radio Director's Office
• Defeat Executive Petrel
• Obtain the Basement Key
• Exit the Goldenrod City Radio Tower
• Go to the Underground Tunnel
• Enter the Secret Basement
• Defeat the Rival "Silver"
• Use the Blue & Green & Red switches to open the gate
• Rescue the Director
• Obtain the Card Key
• Use the elevator to exit
• Return to the Radio Tower
• Get to the 3rd floor
• Insert the Card Key to open the gate
• Get to the elevator
• Defeat Executive Ariana
• Get to the Observation Desk
• Defeat Executive Archer
• Obtain the Silver Wing from the Director
• Leave the Radio Tower
• Go to the Pokémon Center to Rest
