Turn On and Off Activity Tracking and Move Bar Alert:
1. Select the run button to go to the activity screen
2. From the activity screen press the down button to open the activity menu
3. Once in the menu, find and select Settings
4. Once in the settings select Activity Tracking
5. From here you can turn on and off activity status updates as well as the Move Alert
