Dr. Arvind Panchanadikar, is a distinguished psychiatrist with a wealth of experience. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry from the University of Leeds in 2000 and has since excelled in the field.
Currently serving as a consultant psychiatrist in Pune, Dr. Panchanadikar has been in private practice since 2002, contributing significantly to the mental health landscape.He has worked with the NHS in the UK, specializing in adolescent mental health until 2017.Since then, Dr. Panchanadikar has been fully engaged in diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of psychological issues. He has an outpatient clinic at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital every Tuesday, demonstrating a commitment to community healthcare.Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Panchanadikar is actively involved in child and adolescent psychiatry, particularly developmental disorders, and is dedicated to working with LGBTQ clients. As a member of the POSH committee at KEM Hospital, he contributes to fostering safe and inclusive environments.
Throughout his career, he has been a vocal advocate for mental health awareness through interviews, documentaries, and newspaper articles.
