Pani puri, known as Golgappe in the North, is a popular street food of Mumbai. Learn how to make delicious pani puri ka pani or golgappe ka pani.

This is a pani puri water concentrate which you can use to make your favorite jaljeera drink as well. Add some concentrate to a glass & top with chilled water. stir & your refreshing jaljeera beverage is ready.

Ingredients
200 grams imli (tamarind), soaked overnight in 1 liter water
250 grams-275 grams powdered sugar
4 tbsp kala namak (indian black salt)
4 tbsp dry pudina powder (mint powder)
4 tbsp roasted jeera powder (cumin powder)
some boondi & a sprig of fresh pudina
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp (1/2 + 1/2) red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
