Try This Super Easy Filipino Palabok Recipe

Ingredients:
1lb ground pork
16oz pancit bihon
8oz shrimp (peeled)
6 Eggs
8oz chicharron
1 onions (diced)
1 garlic (minced)
3Tbs fish sauce
8oz tinapa (smoked fish flakes )
3oz Annato powder/Paste
1 cube knorr shrimp & Pork bouillon (1each)
1 maggi magic sarap
1/2cup cornstarch
3cups water
2Tbs olive oil
1 bunch green onions (sliced)

Procedure:

1. Boil Eggs and shrimp separately. once cooked set aside.

2. in a Separate Pot, bring water to a boil and cook the noodles. about 5-10mins until the noodles are ready. make sure not to overcook. strain then set aside

3 Sautee the onions and Garlic with the olive oil. once cooked, you can add the ground pork, cook for about 5mins until the pork has reach its doneness.

4. Add the flavorings, knorr shrimp and pork cubes, fish sauce, magic sarap, salt and pepper. and 2 cups of water. let it boil. once it has reached boiling point you can add the corn starch slurry mixture, by adding equal parts of water.

5. The sauce is ready! it's time to assemble the dish, grab the noodles put on a plate, pour on the sauce, topped with egg, shrimp, crushed chicharron, green onions.

6 Its ready to Eat! Enjoy!
