SALIPICAO IS A VERY DELICIOUS DISH

Ingredients:

2lbs Seafoodmix
1 onion diced
1 Thumb size ginger diced
2tbs minced garlic
2tbs oyster sauce
1tbs soy sauce
1 tbs maggi liquid seasoning
1 bunch green onions (for garnish)
1 lime
1 butter
1 tbsp white wine
1 red bell peppers (diced)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1tbs cornstarch (if needed)

PROCEDURE:

1. Sautee the onion, garlic, ginger and red bell peppers. using melted butter, after the spices are cooked. deglaze with white wine.

2. Add the seafood mix, and cook for 5mins until the seafood mix is about done,

3. Add flavor to the mix by adding, soy sauce, oyster sauce & Maggi liquid seasoning.

4. Adjust the flavors when needed with Salt and Pepper. if the sauce is a little bit runny add a cornstarch slurry in the mixture, just to thicken the sauce.

5 now Your SALPICAO is ready!! Enjoy and Serve with White rice
