Dominica - OCEANS Diving Destinations e004

“Diving with Giants” is the title to our latest short film about Dominica, a stunning Island in the eastern part of the Caribbean.
Healthy coral reefs with an abundance of marine life, volcanic hot springs in the mountains and a thousand rivers are highlights that are waiting to be explored.

On top of that Dominica also has a unique feature, resident Sperm whales that are in the deep waters around the Island all year around.

In 2008 the tourist board of Dominica invited me to film their Sperm whales and until then, nobody had been in the Sea to film them underwater. Find out how the story unfolded and how I managed to go “Diving with Giants” …
