The Alexander Technique & Creativity

Anthony Kingsley demonstrates an Alexander Technique First Session with Rocky. Rocky is a composer and suffers from stomach tension. Anthony explores with Rocky the possible relationship between the manner that Rocky engages with the process of composing, and her tension problems. This is a really great example of the Alexander principle of Psychophysical Unity, or the MindBody. The session was filmed at Anthony's Alexander Teacher Training School in Golders Green, London on My 11th, 2023.
