Here is the recipe:
MEATBALLS
1 pound hamburger
½ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
Mix ingredients; shape into twenty 1½-inch balls.
Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes. Or cook in ungreased oblong pan, 13x9x2 inches, in 400° oven until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
