芒果糯米飯
(2人份量)

材料:
糯米 170g
椰奶 160g
糖 25g
鹽 少許
班蘭葉 2-3塊
椰漿 少許
芝麻 少許
芒果 1隻

做法:
糯米先浸泡一晚至軟身
隔水蒸25-30分鐘
在鍋中加入椰奶和班蘭葉,然後開小火煮熱
加入糖和鹽
取出班蘭葉
將椰奶倒入糯米飯
拌勻後靜止15分鐘
芝麻烘至金黃色備用
在碟上放上糯米飯和芒果
加入椰漿各少許芝麻享用

Mango sticky rice
(Serve in 2)

Ingredients:
Sticky rice 170g
Coconut milk 160g
Sugar 25g
Salt 1 pinch
Pandan leave 2-3 pieces
Coconuts cream 2-3 tablespoon
Saseme 1 pinch
Mango 1

How to make:
Soak sticky rice overnight until soft
Steam it in 25-30 minutes
Put coconut milk and pandan leaves in a pot over low heat
Add sugar and salt
When the sugar and salt are dissolved, remove the pandan leaves
Pour it into the sticky rice
Stir well and then rest it for 15 minutes
Bake sesame on a pan until golden brown
Place sticky rice and mango on a plate
Add some coconut cream and sesame on the top to serve
