This is your 34 Minute Total Body Pilates Workout! This is Day #22 of your Momentum Challenge! Today we are going to work the total body using pilates inspired moves. We will start from a standing position and then we will take it down to the mat. If you want you can use a set of light dumbbells, I'll be using three pound dumbbells, or you can just keep it bodyweight! All you need for this workout are optional weights and a mat. Are you ready? Let's do it!
