Hey everyone! I'm back with another burger video. This time, the kitchen's extraction system was broken, so I had to be careful not to create too much smoke and trigger the fire alarm in the building. Unfortunately, I couldn't make smash burgers because they require high heat and generate a lot of smoke. Instead, I had to use the emergency backup frozen patties. I realised that some of our customers actually prefer these over the fresh mince smash burgers.
