Had a blast training with the brother ‪‪@SimonTrageser‬thank you for your time on my visit to Germany!

The workout is below. Very tough but a great all-round full body routine

AMRAP Style:

20 6 Count Burpees
5 Pull Ups
20 Jumping Lunges
5 Pull Ups
20 4 Count Mountain Climbers
5 Pull Ups
20 Squats
5 Pull Ups

All of this is one round.
We managed to do 6 rounds. Great work! (in the video I counted 5 by accident but it was 6)
