This is a 12.5 minuted video demonstration a 7:00 roast on Popper, the coffee roaster. I tried to do my best with the audio during roasting ... applying audio filters later too. I'll try a different approach next time! This roast demonstrates on-the-fly adjustments to get a City roast in 7:00 - I could have extended it but ... well, that would mean more noise! Despite it not being the expected roast curve exactly, it shows how you can use heat and fan speed adjustments in a responsive way to get the desired roast results. The coffee indeed turned out well when cupped later on ...
