Sarbat Primix | lemon Squash | सरबत सीरप / सरबत प्रीमिक्स

सरबत प्रीमिक्स बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य | Sarbat Premix / Lemon Squash
साहित्य | Ingredients –
• साखर 3 कप | Sugar 3 Cups
• पाणी दीड कप | Water 1.5 Cup
• लिंबाचा रस 1 कप | Lemon Juice 1 Cup
• काळं मीठ 1 tsp | Black Salt 1 tsp
• साधे मीठ 1 tsp | Salt 1 tsp
Method –
• Heat a pan, add sugar and water. On high heat stir the mixture until sugar desolves.
• Once sugar dissolves cook until one string consistency.
• Now turn off the heat, and let the mixture get down to room temp.
• Then add lemon juice, salt and black salt and mix well and let the mixture cool down completely.
• Then strain the syrup in a dry, glass container / jar and store it into refrigerator for 2-3 months.
• Our sarbat premix is ready.

Mint sarbat recipe –
• In a glass add some crushed mint leaves. And add 3 tbsp sugar lemon syrup and water. Mix well. our cooling mint sharbat is ready.
Sabja Sharbat Recipe –
• Soak a tsp of sabja beej into some water.
• In a glass add 3 tsp of sharbat syrup, water and then soaked sabja seeds. Mix well. sanja sarbat is ready.
Limbu Sarbat Recipe –
• In a glass add 3 tsp of lemon squash and water and mix. Or lemon juice / nimbu sarbat is ready.
