Bijapur Naxal Attack: A major strategic lapse has been revealed in the recent Naxal attack in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh. To carry out the operation against the Naxals, more than 30 teams of soldiers had entered the Abujhmad area from different routes. However, for their return, they chose a single route—the Bedre-Kutruru road. All 1200 soldiers were returning via this same route, which gave the Naxals an opportunity to launch their attack.
