My DIY Motion Rollers with Remote Adjustable Resistance.

Standard Nashbar Rollers with aluminum drums and the following modifications:

1. Motion platform base and sled with centering springs.
2. Safety wheels on the front drum to keep from riding off the rollers.
3. Deck in the middle to make mounting and dismounting easy.
4. Remote MTB shifter to manually control the magnetic resistance unit while riding.
