This is a healthy moong dal ladoo recipe made with moong dal and Jaggery. You can increase the amount of jaggery if you like sweet. Do try this easy moong dal ladoo recipe this Diwali.

Moong Dal Ladoo Ingredients:

• 1 cup Moong Dal
• ½ cup Jaggery
• ¼ cup Ghee/Clarified butter
• 11 cashews (optional)

How to make Moong Dal Ladoo with Jaggery
1. Roast Moong dal over medium heat until it is light golden.
2. Remove from heat & keep it aside on a plate to cool.
3. Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp ghee & roast cashews until golden.
4. Remove from heat & set it aside.
5. Grind the moong dal & make a fine powder.
6. Roast the powder in ¼ cup ghee over medium heat.
7. Roast until it starts to change the color.
8. Remove from heat & add cardamom powder & mix.
9. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
10. Add jaggery & mix.
11. Make moong dal ladoos.
12. Garnish with cashew.
