A very tasty Arabic pancakes. Their speciality is that they are cooked only from one side and then glued together in the form of a bag and filled with delicious filling. ❣️

This Middle Eastern dessert is especially eaten in #RamadanKareem & Eid !!

🌟Ingredients

•308All-purpose flour
•2tbsp Baking powder
•90g Semolina
•1/4tsp Salt
•4tbsp Sugar
•450ml warm Water
•200ml warm Milk
•1tbsp Rose water or Orange blossom water

For Ashta Cream

•2 1/2Liter Milk
•2tbsp Lemon juice

•1/2Liter Milk
•3tbsp Corn flour
•1tsp Butter
•1tsp Orange blossom
