In this video i'm going to show you how to cook rump cap 2 different ways!

Rump cap, also known as Picanha is such an incredible cut! If you're a steak lover, you've definitely got to try it!

Here's the cowboy butter recipe for you reference:

200g of softened unsalted butter
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 small finely chopped shallot
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon finely chopped thyme
1 teaspoons finely chopped chives
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tablespoon of horseradish cream
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of Steak Shooter Spicy (if you don't have Steak Shooter, use 1 tsp of paprika, a pinch of cayenne pepper, salt and cracked black pepper)
