Inspector Schmidt - A Bavarian Tale

Valentin Schmidt arrives a little village called Wolpertshofen to collect information of living conditions, health and complaints etc. for the government. Before Schmidt can even start his job, he is in a middle of a murder mystery. Tensions run high and people want answers, it is up to Schmidt to uncover what happened. Investigation won’t be easy as Schmidt is an outsider, and the village has many things to hide.

Inspector Schmidt – A Bavarian Tale is an investigation game that is set in village of Wolpertshofen in 1866. Player controls Schmidt from 3rd-person view while conducting investigations and questioning villagers. Game includes RPG elements where skill can be improved and skill checks that are made in pen and paper style. Inspector Schmidt – A Bavarian Tale was released on PC February 2nd of 2023.
