The common “fixes” that are all over the internet just assume that an injury to your core implies that you need harder, stronger, more toned #abs

🤦‍♀️Actually, a huge amount of those with DR (men too) already have too toned abs. So more tone in your muscles is not actually anything more than a bandaid and possibly something that can make it worse.

Rather, the #core is a system that is affects and is affected by a host of other body regions. One of the best ways to heal from a DR is to work on the system, not on the part.
