I have been meaning to change up how I eat noodles for some time now. Instead of the very delicious and beautifully textured Samyang ramen noodles, I went with a flat clear bean noodles that I used earlier here: https://goo.gl/peZhtv

To make it feel extra special, I added some gochujang 고추장 and spaghetti sauce. I know! Very unconventional. I figured if I happen to make a complete disaster of this dish, at least it will still taste delicious to me. Bon appétit! 😋
