For Batter
Dosa batter
3 cups rice any variety
1 cup urad dal
2 tbs chanadal
1 tsp methi dana
1 cup flatten rice
salt to taste
oil or ghee

For Aloo Masala
3 Onion
1 tsp chanadal
1 tsp Uraddal
1 tsp musterd seeds
2 tbs Oil
few curry leaves
3 green chili
salt to taste
1\2 tsp Turmeric Powder
coriander leaves
4 boiled potatoes

FOr Chutney
1 cup Fresh coconut
3 tbs coriander elaves
2 green chili and 1\2 inchginger and 3-4 garlic cloves
salt and sugar as per taste
1 tbs daliya
1\4 lemon juice water

For Sambar
Ingredients:

1 cup Tuar Dal
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
6-7 Drum Stick pieces
1\4 cup Bottle guard Pieces
1\4 cup Pumpkin pieces
2 tbs Oil
1 tsp Mustered seeds
few curry leaves
2 dry red chili Powder
1\4 tsp Hing
1.5 tbs Sambhar masala
2 tsp red chili Powder
1 green chili
1\4 cup Fresh coconut pieces
2 pieces of tamarind
1 pieces of jaggery
2.5 tsp salt or as per taste
coriander leaves
