Roundtable: A review of transitional agreements in the UK and considerations for the library and institutional strategies

This session starts with a discussion of the key findings from the review of TAs and the OA landscape commissioned and governed by Jisc’s strategic groups. It then explorse through the lens of different HEIs (University of York, University of Southampton and University of Edinburgh) the concerns and considerations the findings raise for libraries in the context of the delivery of institutional strategy and how this will inform the direction of travel for their library.
