The vlog title is because he thinks he’s a king in the video when he’s sat on that tree in the woods 😂. Did my usual early morning cold plunge, straight to the gym. Currently doing my 48 hour fast so was tough but got it done and 2 hours on the treadmill. Went and picked little man up from nursery and went out for an evening frolic together!
