Dealing with REJECTION - AKA the life of a psychology graduate

Knowing how to deal with rejection if you're a psychology graduate (especially if you're pursuing the clinical psychology doctorate) is pretty DARNED essential. And yet, rejection and failure is so so hard to talk about, and we usually only hear people highlight their success stories.

When I graduated from uni I spent the first year feeling like an absolute failure. I think at the time it would have really helped to hear about other people's experiences of rejection, just how gut wrenching it can be, and then how they came back SWINGING. So here's my video on the topic - I hope it helps to take a tiny bit of the edge off.
