* 1 cup meat stock
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon white pepper

* 1/3 cup oil
* 1/2 cup blended mix :( 1 bell pepper, 5 scotch bonnet, 1/2 medium onion)
* 1 chopped red bell pepper
* 1 chopped green bell pepper
* 1/4 chopped onion
* 1 bullion cube
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 minutes curry
