Tipsy Piggy Recipe:
Pigments dispersed in 1.5 teaspoons of 99%
isopropyl alcohol then mixed
with 6 ounces of Mix Pour.

There is NO Silicone
in Any of My Paint.

I am using a 20x20 Artist Loft gallery wrapped canvas.
I am going to layer a cup then do a straight pour into a puddle of 24K Gold.

I love all of these colors, and the consistency of my paints is perfect, leaving a mound then sinking quickly.

The first pour is pretty but there are a few elements I'm not happy with. a lot of the Quinacridone Blue Violet gets tilted off, leaving the rest of it very pale with not much contrast. I did not care for the shape that happened in the center, this blob of white and gold, so that got tilted off too. What was on the canvas was very pretty and I probably should have left it to dry, it would have been a perfect background for a stencil. But I decide to pour a second cup.. which was not a good decision since I did not have much paint left in my cups. I layer a small 7 ounce cup and pour that out, trying to use more of the Quinacridone Blue Violet.
The second pour is very pretty and there is a section in the center that I really love. I love the contrast between the Constellation and the white and the Quinacridone Blue Violet. The little bit of Satin Enamels in my white has created a beautiful soft billowy cloud look. The area where the White and Gold and Venus blended is very warm and creamy and very pretty.

I think the first pour went wrong because I had too much paint in my cup, and not enough of the Quinacridone Blue Violet to create contrast. The second pour would have been better if I had had more of my colors left.
In hindsight I wish I had not poured the second cup, if I had let it dry it would have been a gorgeous background for a stencil.
I do like the end result however, and love the Quinacridone Blue Violet in the center. contrasting with the Constellation and White and Venus.
