Brew Day: Blonde Ale

Today's brew was a simple blonde ale. Even though it's cold outside, this beer is a year-round staple in my house.
Here is the recipe...it's a 10 gallon batch on my DIY Keggle system

16 lbs German Pilsner (94%)
1 lb Honey Malt (4%)
1 oz Tettnang hops 60 min
1 oz Tettnang hops 30 min
1 oz Tettnang hops 15 min
2 packets of Safale US-05 dry yeast

Target starting gravity 1.046
Target final gravity 1.008
Target ABV 5.0%
Target IBU 19.8

Actual starting gravity 1.036
Actual final gravity 1.003
Actual ABV 4.33%
Actual IBU 19.8
