आवश्यक सामग्री
कच्चे आम का जैम
कच्ची अमिया - 300 ग्राम
चीनी - 1.5 कप, 300 ग्राम
इलायची पाउडर - 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
दालचीनी - 1.5 इंच का टुकड़ा

Ingredients for
Raw Mango Jam
Raw Mango - 300 grams
Sugar - 1.5 cup 300 grams
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1.5 inch stick

1. Wash and peel raw mangoes. Chop them into small pieces. Remove the seed.
2. Put the mango pieces in the cooker with water. Cook them at high flame till a whistle. When it whistles, reduce the flame to low and cook it for 3 minutes.
3. After 3 minutes turn off the flame and let the cooker release its pressure. When opened, mash the pieces and filter them in a bowl. Remove the fibre.
4. Put the filtered pulp in the pan and add sugar to it. Cook till sugar dissolves completely. With this add cinnamon. Cook till it thickens. Stir occasionally.
5. After it starts to appear thick add cardamom powder and mix well.
6. When the jam appears thick, reduce the flame to low and check it. Put some on a plate and cool down completely. Tilt the plate and check if it flows. If not, the jam is ready. Turn off the flame, cool it down. Store, serve and enjoy the taste.
