INGREDIENTS (serving size: 8-10)

three (3) pieces of fish maw; soaked in water
fifteen (15) quail eggs
two (2) pounds of pork bones
one (1) chicken breast or chicken bonnes with meat
~one (1) cup of crab meat

one (1) whole white onion
~ten (10) grams of ginger
a small bunch of cilantro
two (2) strands of green onions

one (1) tablespoon of sugar
one (1) tablespoon of natural mushroom seasoning
one (1) tablespoon of fish sauce
half (1/2) a tablespoon of salt
one (1) cup of tapioca flour mixed with one (1) cup of water

Eight (8) cups of water
two (2) cups of chicken stock
two (2) eggs
