Ingredients:
1) Button mushrooms- 200gms
2) Onions- 2 medium size
3) Cooking Oil- 4.5 tbsp
4) Coconut- 1/2 medium size
5) Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp
6) Garam Masala- 2.5 tsp or as per your taste
7) Dry Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp
8) Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
9) Dry Tamarind- 1 tsp
10) salt to taste
11) water as required for grinding+ 1 cup to adjust consistency of the gravy.
