Asian Beef Stew

This type of beef stew is very popular in Asian. You can have with rice noodles, egg noodles and with buns or with rice. =) Try it, you might like it! 💕

✔️ Ingredients
▪️ Beef Shank - 1kg
▪️ Round Eye Steak - 1kg
▪️ Asian Beef Balls - Put as much like

✨ if you like Beef Shank, recommended to use all beef shank; It will be not as dry like Round Eye Steak.

▪️ Cooking Oil - 3 Tbsp
▪️ Minced Garlic - 1 bulb
▪️ Shallot or red onion - 1x
▪️ Galanga- 7 Slices
▪️ Star Anise - 7x
▪️ Cinnamon Stick - 4x
▪️ Lemongrass - 5x
▪️ Red Thai Curry Paste - 3Tbsp
▪️ Homemade Red Curry Paste - 3 Tbsp

▪️ Beef Shank - 1Kg
▪️ Round Eye Steak - 1Kg
▪️ Salt - 1Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 4Tbsp
▪️ Sugar - 6Tbsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Bo Kho Paste - 1 Jar ( Pick up from Chinese Grocery Store )
▪️ Water - 7L
