I HATED Flat bottom drippers until ...

It was a skill gap, I wasn't as good .. now we're much better. I have a much better opinion of the flat bottom drippers. Until my quest of trying them all is over I will have to still put them under the v60 but it's still a good dripper to use. The April dripper is my favourite so far of the flat bottom's I've tested. The Kalita wave is fine if you use the ceramic one but the metal one isn't that great right now.

Enjoying the taste, it has great flow rate but a fast first drip time.
