There is nothing like being taught on a 121 basis. Each session is individually designed and delivered in a way that suits you and your needs.
This video session includes an hours work of low impact HIIT style exercises with a yoga based stretch and relax ( to meet the needs of my client).
All sessions are tailored to the individual.

If you are looking to lose weight I can design a weight loss workout.
If you are looking to get strong and build muscle, I can do that too!
If you'd like to become more mobile in general and get generally fitter and increase your overall fitness eg. get strong, more flexible, increase coordination, balance and improve your posture and core strength then my 121 Pilates sessions can help you!

I will tailor your session for you and provide you with a session plan you can practice at home!
