1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 (14 ounce) package round dumpling skins

Mustard-Shoyu Dipping Sauce:
1 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
1/2 tbsp Chinese hot mustard
